What We Believe
Backstage Pass was created to open doors and support rising creatives. We believe connection, community, and creativity can shape someone’s path. Early creatives deserve access to meaningful opportunities, mentorship, and spaces that recognize their potential.
Our Approach
We blend hands-on learning with community participation. Members learn through structured programming and shared conversations while contributing to real creative projects inside the collective and with our partners across music.
What Makes Backstage Pass Different
We root everything in community-first thinking.
We focus on action and our commitment.
We build a community where people can experiment, learn, ask questions, and find belonging while building real career pathways.
